Sandra Howling teaches in the UK and Europe, holding Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Assisted Self Practise classes (teaching Primary, Intermediate and Advanced A Series), Primary and Second Series Counted classes, Workshops and Retreats. Sandra also teaches the JSY Teacher Training programs; 200hr Primary JSY Certification and +300hr Intermediate for JSY 500hr Accreditation and 30hr Primary Foundation Level. Sandra has also assisted Manju Jois in the UK and assists her teacher John Scott in the UK and Europe
