One day, 1 Space has become available due to a cancellation of Assisted Self Practice class and mini Workshop, with me at my regular teaching venue here in the UK, Swineshead Village Hall, Bedfordshire, Saturday 12th September 2026. (Limited to 12 students)

12 - 12.15  Short Break

12.15 - 1pm  Workshop:  Workshop: Arm Balances- looking at the first 2 poses of 3rd series, in an accessible way, with modifications for ALL students. These 2 poses are an excellent strength and balance practice for all, especially as we age ;) !
