Sandra is delighted to be invited to return for her fifth visit, by the wonderful Helen and Phil, to teach another one week retreat at YogaRocks in Crete.

This Retreat is Fully inclusive; all Food, Accommodation and Yoga (beach, relaxation and sunshine!!!) included. Arrivals Saturday 28th June with Welcome meal.... departures Saturday 5th July after breakfast.

6x morning practise - Sunday through Friday

(1x Counted, 5x Assisted Self Practise)

x Afternoon Workshops -  Monday+ Wednesday
