I am delighted to be returning to the Yogaloft in Burbage, Leicestershire, UK for another visit this year!. I will be hosted and assisted by Kat Jennings.

Schedule:

10.45 - 12.45  Counted Class. half Primary/half Second Series. (Minimum practice level to half primary please if attending)

12.45 - 13.30  Break

13.30 - 15.30  Workshop - 'Exploring the Intermediate Series'. There will be time for Q&A in this session, on accessing some of the Intermediate series poses for Primary Series students and also exploring the poses and preparatory work for some of the trickier/deeper poses of the second series. Open to students of all levels except complete beginners to yoga.
