Sandra is delighted to be returning again to Brussels between the 27th September and the 1st of October 2025 for 5days Assisted Practice including Weekend Workshops. Sandra will be hosted again and assisted by 500hr JohnScottYoga accredited Elena Constantindou.

 

5 Morning Assisted self practice classes and two afternoon workshops.

 

Saturday Assisted Self practice Group 1 08:30-10:15, Group 2 10:30-12:15, Afternoon workshop 13:30-15.30 - Content to follow

Sunday Assisted Self practice Group 1 8:30-10:15, Group 2 10:30-12:15, Afternoon workshop 13:30-15.30 - Content to follow.

Monday to Wednesday Group 1 6:30-8:15, Group 2 8:30-10:15

 

The workshop will take place again at Anjali Shala, 215 rue de la Victoire, 1060 Bruxelles
