1pm - 3pm WORKSHOP: Uddhiyana Bandha, our upward flying energy support; finding space, length and lightness from our centre, to move more freely. Sandra will close with a guided Yoga Nidra.
Sunday 7th
10.00am - 12noon Assisted Self Practice (Mysore style)
12noon- 1pm Lunch break
1pm - 3pm WORKSHOP: Pranayama and Q&A; Sandra will allow plenty of time for students questions and enquiry and we will close with a deep, guided Pranayama practice.
Monday 8th - Wednesday 10th: (x3 Morning Practices)
